Important Aura insights you need to know

The aura is a field around our physical body. Some people describe it as an electro-magnetic field. Others describe as ectoplasma. There are many other terms that tries to describe a common experience.

Many people experience, or feel, a dense "something" around the physical body. If another person stands too close to you, a "something" is felt, even if you do not see the person next to you. 

Over time, this dense "something" has been given the term aura. The aura is an energy field that is directly related to being a soul with a physical body. 

The aura acts as a filter and buffer from the various energies in your environment

Your skin protects you from most physical intrusions.

Your aura protects you from most energetic intrusions.

When your aura is strong and robust, most of the energies around you cannot get through. Only a small percentage gets through so that you are aware of people and events in your life.

When your aura is weak, a much larger percentage of the energy penetrates your aura. You then experience stronger thoughts and feelings of people in your life.

More important aura insights

Have you noticed. Most mornings after a restful sleep, you feel energized and ready to face the day. You go to work or involved in your normal daily activities with people. When frustrations, anxieties, or challenges present themselves, you are reasonably able to deal with them.

Then by early or mid afternoon you have a more difficult time dealing with the same frustrations, anxieties, and challenges. Everything can seem monumental and you just want to escape for it. You want the day to end and just leave as soon as possible.

Why do you suppose that happens? It happens because by afternoon your aura has decreased and more of the energy around you is penetrating. Most people are not able to take a few minutes over lunch and meditate, do yoga, are have a brief ten minute nap to recharge the aura. 

Most people do not realize how sensitive they are to other people's thoughts and feelings. If you have numerous emotional challenges in your life and under a lot of personal pressure, then your aura is inherently weaker. You will have more challenges at work or with family maintaining a strong aura. 

 

Creating spiritual lifestyle is an effective solution

Ways to create a spiritual lifestyle and stronger aura.

  • Use a breathing technique during the day. Mid morning, mid afternoon, and evening will produce dramatic results. One of my favorites is using a simple four count in and out.
  • Create a stronger sense of Inner Loyalty. Inner Loyalty is a faithful adherence to your inner values or inner self worth. It is an awareness that your ideas are just as important as other people’s. Inner Loyalty is respecting and appreciating what you know to be true of the five do you honestly feel is the weakest and could be strengthened?
  • People perceive life and communicate in different ways. There are different ways that people perceive and interpret life. The method or style that a person communicates can be different from others in a group/family. Spiritual living realizes this and remains flexible and open to differences in communication styles.
  • Live and Let Live. Spiritual people have a “live and let live” approach to life. This means not trying to change another person or judge their actions. Live and Let Live means being an example of a better way to others and not trying to impose their ideas. A mindful person lives life by example and realizes those who are ready to change will be open.
  • Inner Guidance  Everyone has an inner guidance, a “still small voice within” that is a resource for inspiration and insight. Inner Guidance transcends the logical, conscious mind. It is a realization that he/she is not alone and there is always help when they are willing to ask for it.
