The five previous lessons are important on their own, but integrating them together into a daily routine will create a synergy that is stronger.

Here is a very important point!

Transforming your life will take some effort and energy. You have had years of thinking and acting in a particular way. It will take time and a concerted effort to make the adjustments needed. People around you have formed opinions about who you are. These opinions are based on their own fears or limitations. As you start to change, your friends and loved ones will need to change if they are going to maintain a healthy relationship with you. Most people do not enjoy change and prefer not to change.

So, your friends and loved ones may not be supportive of the changes you want to make with this master class. They may not be able to influence you or affect the choices you make.

However, by using the techniques and the information in this master class you will

  • have less stress and anxiety in your life.
  • better understand you life purpose.
  • be in communication with your "higher self."
  • be more confident with decisions you make.
  • feel much better about yourself and the life you are living
  • begin attracting people into your life who accept you and respect you.

Follow these steps for thirty days and start living the life you want.

So here we go

  • You should have read the previous lessons, and you have done the breathing and meditation techniques
  • Each Sunday fill out the Weekly Routine Worksheet that was printed out previously and in your binder/folder.
  • Each morning follow the Daily Routine Worksheet that was printed out previously and in your binder/folder.
  • At the end of week 1, fill out a new Weekly Routine Worksheet for week 2
  • Each morning of week 2 follow the Daily Routine Worksheet
  • Week 3 and 4 follow the same steps as Week 1 and 2
  • At the end of Week 4, read and fill out Monthly Routine Worksheet
